The California Board of Pharmacy’s Enforcement and Compounding Committee recently recommended a revision to state regulations that compounding kits not be included within their definition of compounding. The proposed revision by the California Board of Pharmacy would be a significant validation of the value of FIRST kits in helping facilitate compliance with all applicable compounding regulations and guidelines.
